We are seeking an On-Site Property Manager Couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 32-unit property in Reseda, CA.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Tenant Relations:
Address tenant concerns
Coordinate and oversee move-in and move-out processes
Ensure tenants abide by property rules and regulations, and handle situations when rules are not followed
Property Maintenance:
Maintain property including cleaning and sweeping of common areas on property grounds, such as maintaining common laundry room
Ensure property lights are in working order
Provide access to maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs
Administrative:
Conduct property tours and facilitate processing rental applications
Collect rent payments and maintain accurate tenant information
Requirements & Qualifications:
Able to handle tenant requests and issues in a diligent and courteous manner
Generally available "on-call" 24 hours a day to handle any property issues as they arise, but actual role is expected to require about 25+ hours per week.
Spanish language skills and/or basic handyman skills are a plus
Appfolio experience a plus
Manager must live on-site
