- Building Manager MUST live in the building. This is not an office work.
We are looking to hire a part time resident manager to work 50 hours a month in an apartment building.
Resident manager must have an EXCELLENT credit-history and be able to drive once a month to Redondo Beach for monthly meetings.
Must know how to multi-task with smart phone, be very organized, quick responder to text messages and emails.
Manager will receive a one bedroom apartment at a discounted rent plus salary. The compensation is $18.00 per hour plus bonus.
