Provide professional, quick and efficient tenant support
Recording and tracking completion of work orders
Computer proficient: MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
Schedule and inspect maintenance as needed
Review management companies monthly financials
Generating and Posting notices, and other legal assignments
