Property Manager needed to manage a 70+ unit building in the North Hills area. This is a full-time position, the manager will live at the property managed. There is a separate office that you would work out of at the property. Property has laundry and pool onsite. Overview of Job Duties:
Rent Collections
Follow up on delinquencies when needed
Generate and post notices as needed (3 Day, 24 Hour, etc.)
Oversee marketing and leasing (applications, postings, showings/tours)
Tenant realtions
Oversee all maintenance requests, ordering supplies, working with internal and external vendors
Required:
1-2 years of onsite property manager experience managing a building of 50+ units
Driver License
Working Vehicle
Proficient with software/technology (MS Office, Yardi)
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Pay/Schedule
Full Time
Mon-Fri- 8:00a-5:oop
Salary- $3500-$4400 per month depending on experience
- cost of manager's unit will be deducted from monthly salary
