Retail Associate Qualifications:
· Comfortable with computers and a point of sale (POS) system
· Able to lift 40 LBS
· Reliable, prompt, independent, and responsible
· Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Job Duties:
· Provide guidance on shipping options (FedEx, USPS, DHL) and prepare shipments
· Pack and ship
· Copy, print, and fax, key cut, Take passport photo etc
· Process US Post Office letters and packages and sort into mailboxes
· Help customer to take fingerprint
Helpful but not required:
· Notary Public certification
· Flexibility in work hours and days
· Fluency in Spanish
· Prior experience in a postal/shipping service like UPS store
