Lifespire Agency is looking for licensed health insurance agents to be rigorously trained to sell Limited Med products such as MEC and STM plans. We have ancillary products to sell such as dental, vision, hearing, PAP, critical illness, and AD&Ds. State of the art office with zero competition in surrounding areas! Manager promotions with a base salary may open up if the candidate is qualified.
YOU WILL EXCLUSIVLY BE TAKING INBOUND CALLS!
Compensation varies due to experience of the sales rep. Commissions vary from $750-$5,000. There is a $500 draw put in place during the training period. Benefits are offered to employees who are with the company for at least 3 months.
We offer a bonus structure as well as CASH spiffs.
