Agents must be able to:
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate VSC solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Employment type: FULL TIME, 6am-3pm / 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm
We are looking for experienced and highly motivated phone sales agents to grow with us.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the automotive or VSC industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
-Bilingual is a PLUSSSSSSS (Spanish )
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lake Forest, CA.
