A growing local service company in Los Angeles County is hiring a part-time sales rep to help bring in new business.
What you'll do:
Visit real estate offices to introduce our services and build relationships
Call and follow up with real estate agents and property managers
Attend local real estate networking events and meetups
Book appointments directly onto our calendar
Track all activity in our CRM (we'll train you)
This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the field meeting people, shaking hands, and starting conversations. Some phone work, but mostly face-to-face.
This is a performance-based role. Your job is to book appointments. The more you book, the more you earn. If you're not producing, this isn't the right fit. If you're a closer who likes to hustle, you'll do very well here.
What we're looking for:
Local to LA County (San Gabriel Valley, Pasadena, East LA, or nearby)
Experience contacting real estate agents, property managers, or similar professionals
Comfortable walking into offices and starting conversations with strangers
Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Own car and valid driver's license
Compensation:
$22/hour base (approximately $550/week at 25 hours)
Plus $50 bonus for every appointment you book
Top performers will earn $800-$1,200+/week
The base keeps you stable. The bonuses reward results. We're looking for someone who sees the bonus as the real paycheck, not the hourly.
Schedule:
20-25 hours/week. Flexible within business hours. We'll work together to set a schedule that makes sense.
