Responsibilities:
Door-to-Door Prospecting: Engage with homeowners and potential clients in targeted Los Angeles neighborhoods to generate leads for real estate services.
Real Estate Consultation: Provide basic information about the local real estate market, property values, and potential selling or buying opportunities.
Building Relationships: Leverage your excellent sales skills to establish rapport with homeowners, answer their questions, and address concerns to create a positive and lasting impression.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities. Submit daily/weekly reports on interactions and generated leads.
Requirements:
Sales Prodigy: Exceptional sales skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
Positive Attitude: A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and stay motivated to achieve them.
Reliability: Consistent and reliable attendance, with the flexibility to work 2-3 days per week.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $25 per hour.
