Looking to hire a strong sales/manager at a automotive custom shop. Need someone full time with experience in retail automotive, wheels, tires, lift kits. Upsell brakes , suspension, alignment and etc.
From making sales and responding to customers to ordering parts, returns, invoicing , inventory , showroom setup and all the other things associated with running a 4-6 person team.
This is a well stablished shop with more than 10 years of experience and being at the same location. A lot of repeat and loyal customers. Need someone who is great with customers, and MUST have experience working in a wheel , tire , and suspension shop. Dedicated , on time , and responsible looking for a long term commitment.
Looking for that one special person who can help bring new ideas to the business, from online sales to walk in customers.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Full time Monday to Saturday 5-6 days a week.
