Minimum 1 year of experience working with development projects in this role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with multiple teams, and high readiness for project workload.
RUSSIAN SPEAKING IS A MUST, Upper-Intermediate English is a must

Experience with:
Build and understand project infrastructure;
Agile methodology;
Strong understanding of the web development process;
Understanding the app development process;
Ability to analyze the technical process, such as implementing new features based on the technical task;
Strong management skills;
Database infrastructure knowledge;
Servers structure knowledge;
Ability to work with bi-lingual teams;
Skills and software knowledge:
Team platforms (Zoho projects, Asana, Slack, Miro, Google Suite, etc.);
HTML/CSS understanding required;
PHP understanding will be +;
Front-end development knowledge is not required but will be extra +
Duties:
Leading product and developer teams
Researching the market and competitors
Interacting with the marketing department and estimating their tasks in development
Conducting pre-release checks
Compiling product roadmaps
Formulating and testing hypotheses
Developing Customer Journey Maps and logic creation
Selecting metrics and setting up product analytics
Project management
Finding new pathways for product development.
Timely gathering of feedback from all departments to improve the product
Calculating unit economics
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Technical or IT Field (Preferred)
Experience: 1-7 years
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Russian speaker
Excellent communication skills, leadership, and a positive attitude
Multitasking abilities in handling issues
Schedule:
Full-time position
