We are looking for live video hosts; no experience required. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of strong on-camera presence, product knowledge, and the ability to engage with audiences authentically and persuasively.
This position offers competitive pay, ranging from $20-$25 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Host TikTok Live Streams 4-5 times per week, engaging with the audience and driving product sales.
Promote products - inspire, inform and entertain viewers to make purchases during the live-streaming video.
Connect and engage with the Livestream audience in real time to cultivate a loyal fan base.
Maintain high energy and a strong connection with the audience throughout the live stream to highlight product features and selling points to accelerate conversion.
Professionally and warmly address questions from the comment section.
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency with social media platforms and streaming software.
2. Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
3. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
4. Flexibility to work during peak viewer hours.
5. Strong customer service skills and the ability to address audience inquiries effectively.
6. Basic understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
7. Previous experience in sales, retail, e-commerce, hosting or other related fields.
