We are a fast-growing real estate company specializing in vacant land, and we're looking for a creative, dynamic, and confident individual to join our team as a Full-Time Property Tour Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who loves being on camera, enjoys storytelling, and is passionate about creating engaging video content. You will be responsible for creating virtual property tours and bringing our land listings to life through high-quality video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and edit high-quality video content for virtual property tours of vacant land
- Appear on camera as the spokesperson for video content
- Set up your own home studio or workspace
- Work closely with the team to develop video strategies and creative concepts that effectively showcase properties
- Help build a unique visual style that communicates the value of our land listings
Requirements:
- Own camera equipment
- Comfortable being on camera and engaging with an audience
- Strong creative, communication, and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
