Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced EMS / Water Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency services, mold remediation. Fire damage and bio-hazard cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
Extensive knowledge of water mitigation, fire/smoke cleaning, mold remediation and temporary repairs.
Knowledge of biohazard cleaning.
Ability to thoroughly moisture map and sketch affected areas.
Provide full photo documentation of project beginning to end.
Properly document demo, upload forms and photos daily.
Set up / monitor drying equipment per IICRC Guidelines.
Upload daily readings into the required system.
Ability to professionally communicate with homeowners and adjusters.
Qualifications:
IICRC Certification
2+ Years Experience
Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
Hours: Monday – Friday 6:30am-4pm, on call outside business hours & weekends.
