Estimator - Handyman Services

What You’ll Do
Visit client homes to evaluate projects and needed repairs
Create detailed estimates for labor, materials, and time required
Communicate clearly with customers and answer questions on-site
Work with the office team to schedule approved jobs
Use company software to record visits and generate estimates
Represent TruBlue with professionalism and reliability
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in home repair, construction, or maintenance preferred
Understanding of trades (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, etc.)
Tech-savvy (comfortable using a tablet or phone app for estimates)
Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
