New Construction Estimator - Looking For Motivated Individuals with 3-5 years of experience in plan reading, and estimating new construction.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform full plan and specification take offs
Create well written proposals
Create lasting relationships
Following up on proposals
In field meetings and networking
Problem solving and critical thinking
General department support
Misc. as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to do plan takeoffs and read through specifications.
English / Spanish speaking a plus
Estimating experience required
Computer literate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Problem solving attitude
Mechanically Inclined
Excellent organization skills
Construction knowledge a MUST
Must be a motivated individual
