Full time construction site supervisor/finish carpenter needed for high end custom design build process.
In this role, you will work directly under the supervision of the project manager and will assist in coordination with subcontractors and ensure the completion of projects within tight schedules.
Installing the following: plywood sheeting, baseboards, doors and windows, siding, interior wood cladding.
Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to light framing and job site cleanup.
Must be able to read and understand architectural plans and be able to communicate details to trade partners.
Must have tools and truck.
To ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction, the site supervisor will also verify all work is completed to specification and is expected to regularly and professionally communicate the status of jobs (including issues, requests, etc.) with management.
Full time. Salary based on experience. No overtime.
