Residential/Commercial Construction Company with 20 years of experience is seeking a skilled professional with at least three years of experience in various construction trades, including:
Basic Electrical
Plumbing
Appliances Installation
Basic assembly
Toilet, sink, shower, bathroom accessories installation
Drywall repair
Light carpentry
Painting
Troubleshooting and resolving various construction issues
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent driving skills with the ability to haul a small dumpster trailer to transport trash, materials and tools between projects using the provided company pickup truck.
3 year of construction/handyman experience needed
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and materials
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to the highest quality standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
Resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner
Pick up trash if seen on grounds
Help in other areas related to construction when needed
Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and supervisors
Requirements:
Speak English and Spanish (mostly spanish speaking environment)
Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience in the construction industry
California Drivers License with a Clean Record!
Must own the necessary tools to perform your job
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Full-time / 40hrs a week / Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Some overtime and Saturdays when necessary.
90 days of a probationary period

Our work area: La Canada, Montrose, La Crescenta, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Sierra Madre, San Marino, San Gabriel, Arcadia, Temple City, Eagle Rock, North side of LA and Glendale. We provide a company pickup truck for work.
