Duties will include:
- Minor gen labor skills to help as needed.
- Running in-house crews, giving direction to Foremens and all subs on site
- Visiting job sites
- Maintaining schedules and budgets
- Coordinating subcontractors, material orders, and inspections applying safety best practices
- Quality control management
- Communicating with customers, inspectors, and vendors
- Attending weekly meetings with client and dealing with designers
- Reading basic plans
