We are a high-end architectural cabinet and millwork shop looking for a skilled Metal Crafter / Fabricator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and the fine details that separate good work from exceptional work.
What You’ll Do
Weld, braze, TIG, and laser weld a variety of custom components.
Work with steel, brass, stainless steel, and other metals used in modern architectural cabinetry.
Fabricate hardware, fixtures, support frames, decorative trims, and one-off specialty parts.
Read shop drawings and work closely with our design and wood fabrication teams.
Finish, sand, polish, and refine pieces to meet high-end aesthetic standards.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all projects.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in TIG welding (required).
Experience with steel, brass, and stainless materials.
Ability to braze, laser weld, and handle small/fine-detail assemblies.
A craftsman mindset—someone who cares deeply about detail, precision, and quality.
Ability to work from prints and contribute problem-solving ideas during fabrication.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
Experience in a high-end fabrication, metal shop, or architectural millwork setting is a plus.
