Looking to hire a skilled and professional plumber (no license required), sub contractor for plumbing work for ADU's. MUST HAVE A CREW, EXPERIENCE, COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF READING BLUEPRINTS (PLANS). Must be updated and knowledgeable on all codes. Energetic, hardworking, and reliable workers. MUST HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO THE COMPLETE THE JOB. We are in the business of rehab and flipping houses, and in building ADUs. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DOING ELECTRICAL WORK FOR ADU'S IS A MUST! We supply all materials needed for the jobs.
