We’re looking for a Project Manager who takes pride in building exceptional homes — someone who thrives on challenges, values craftsmanship, and believes that excellence is found in the details.

Deliver impeccable quality and execution on every project.
Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and the internal team.
Anticipate challenges and solve problems proactively.
Foster a collaborative, professional jobsite built on respect and teamwork.
Bring a highly organized and disciplined approach to scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience (custom home or luxury sector preferred).
Deep understanding of architectural details, materials, and build sequencing.
Strong communication and leadership skills — both in the field and with clients.
Proficiency with project management software (BuilderTrend or similar).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
