We create custom colors and finishes that set us apart from 95% of other flooring companies, as most companies these days are only installing pre-finished wood. We mostly use reactive stains, and colored penetrating oils. Fun stuff! So Im looking for someone who is hungry to become the best in our craft for artisan work.
I’m looking for an installer with a min 5 years experience. Sand & finish experience is a plus.
For the helper position, I'm looking for someone who can fallow instructions, communicates clearly, has a positive attitude, is detail oriented, enjoys working hard, loves learning and making homes beautiful!
This is a unique opportunity for the right person! Seriously, it’s nearly impossible to find someone with my skills, who is willing to help the right person grow and possibly become a partner with profit sharing etc. I’m looking to open another business, so it’s my hope to find someone to take over project installations, sanding and finishing.
