Contractor/ Developer looking for Working Project Foreman to assist in new custom home building.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in high end residential construction, be self-motivated, on time, hard working, detail oriented, non-smoking, and maintain a positive attitude and good appearance.
As an added benefit, they would be able to self perform some work when necessary including, but not limited to, grading, drainage, concrete, landscape, irrigation, framing, plumbing, electrical and be able to deal with trades, scheduling, permitting, public agencies, underground utilities, inspectors, bidding, material ordering and efficiently run crews.

- Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- 5 years experience
- Able to work overtime
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to lift 60 lbs.
- Able to sit, stand, push, pull, kneel, bend over, squat, for extended periods of time
- Able to perform in poor weather conditions
- Bilingual a plus
