About Us:
We are a growing property management company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team part-time as a Notice Poster/Field Inspector/Rental Viewing Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people, and taking pride in well-kept properties.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections (interior and exterior)
Post notices on doors as needed
Perform move-in and move-out walkthroughs with tenants
Meet prospective tenants at properties for new rental showings
Inspect property perimeters and report any issues
Take clear, detailed photos of property conditions using a company-provided tablet
Perform light maintenance tasks such as:
Sweeping entryways & patios
Changing out lightbulbs, & light gardening
Moving trash cans in & out from curbside on scheduled pickup days & light miscellaneous duties
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable vehicle with full coverage auto insurance
Ability to lift light objects (trash bins, small tools, etc.)
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable using a tablet and apps for reporting and photography
Strong communication and customer service skills
What We Provide:
$19/hour
Gas reimbursement for all work-related mileage
