Position Details:
Position: Valet Parking Cashier
Location: Burbank, CA
Schedule: Flexible shifts ( Part-time opportunities available)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Process valet payments (cash, credit, mobile) and issue accurate receipts
Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation and maintain clear transaction logs
Support key management procedures, including hanging and organizing keys on the designated key panel
Communicate effectively with valet staff to ensure smooth traffic and guest flow
Provide helpful, courteous service and resolve customer concerns as needed
Qualifications:
Previous cashiering or front-facing hospitality experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and comfort with handling various payment methods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
Willingness to assist with operational tasks such as key organization and guest flow coordination
