We're seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in guests with a warm, professional demeanor
Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
Respond to guest inquiries and special requests
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
