Starting salary up to $54.20/hour ($113,121/year) plus a competitive total compensation package!

The Job Link Program Planning and Evaluation Analyst in the Employment & Training Division of the Human Services Department is responsible for managing Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I programs and related grants, ensuring programs remain in compliance with all contracts and agreements, leading and supporting Job Link staff to align service delivery with desired outcomes, and working with other Job Link partners to develop strategic quality improvements for the Job Link one-stop system.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong supervisory and/or management experience

Broad experience and knowledge of safety-net services, programs, and resources within government and community outlets

The ability to research and process complicated, dense, and sometimes incomplete information

Experience maintaining positive and productive relationships with a wide variety of people

The ability to adapt to multiple communication styles for a wide variety of audiences

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Experience interpreting complex regulations while having the ability to write, and disseminate that information in a way that others are able to understand

The ability to collaborate, work as part of an interagency team, and co-create program improvements

A positive attitude and be solution-oriented

Experience implementing new policies and procedures

The ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently

Expertise in analyzing and interpreting federal and state rules and regulations

Excellent written and oral communication skills
