After 14 years, Santa Rosas Revolution Moto is now under new ownership and new management, and were changing the way Sonoma County travels, one scooter at a time!
As the North Bays premier Vespa and Piaggio dealer, our sales are quickly outpacing our ability to keep up with the growing demand for 2-wheeled travel. We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken and well-organized office assistant to help manage the day-to-day demands of running a small, vibrant and fast-paced business. You will be working directly alongside the owner and manager of our growing dealership, assisting with the daily tasks of running a small and very popular Vespa dealership.
A sample of just some of the fast-paced activity on any given day might include:
ï® Inventory management this will entail processing orders for parts and accessories for the shop, all while keeping the accounting straight for each of the various vendors and suppliers we use.
ï® Direct phone and digital correspondence with our customers
ï® One-on-one engagement with walk-ins and scheduled appointments, pre-qualifying clients needs and entering clients info into Quickbooks as estimates and invoices for sales and service.
ï® Day-to-day Social Media engagement, writing posts and snapping pics, ensuring the dealership is staying on message and on brand
ï® Quickbooks experience a SERIOUS PLUS though not required
