We are looking for an On-Site Property Manager to manage a 48-unit residential building in Fort Bragg California.
The ideal Property Manager will have at least five years of on-site management experience with demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of the community, be detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills and will have strong computer skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical requirements of this position will require that the successful applicant be able to drive a car or small vehicle, be able to go up and down stairs with ease, lift objects weighing 25 pounds or less, travel around the exterior of the building complex in varying weather conditions, and be able to operate various office equipment and keyboards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required - BA degree preferred.
Basic mathematical skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook are essential. Experience using Yardi Property Management software is preferred.
OTHER DUTIES:
This position requires the property manager to live on-site and to be able to respond to community emergencies.
