Minimum of 2 years line cook experience
Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours a more a day
High school diploma or GED preferred
Comfortable working with a team in a fast pace environment
Must be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis
Maintain sanitation health safety standards in the work area
Must be able to multitask including grilling, sautéing, pizza ovens and salad station
Memorize and utilize all portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen
Monitor product freshness and rotate out old products based on a schedule created by The Kitchen
