We are seeking a talented and innovative Principal, Technical Program Manager, specializing in Memory Technology to join our team in Milpitas, United States. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge test solutions for memory devices, ensuring the highest quality and performance of our products.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop full Production test programs in Linux platforms.Production Test Program coding will heavily involve C for embedded processor test system.Test Engineer will be responsible for a full automated test cell with tester and device handler.Debug test programs using tester system tools and bench equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and logic analyzers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product qualityDevelop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and specificationsStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in memory testing and characterizationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives for test processes and methodologiesMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on test development best practices
