Program Manager - Consumer Products

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager of Consumer Products to lead and drive products through the complete lifecycle—from initial conception to successful launch. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about delivering impactful products.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:End-to-End New Product Introduction Pipeline Management   Oversee execution across all phases—ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and iteration—ensuring milestones are met and quality standards upheld.  Cross-Functional Management: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.  Facilitate regular syncs and working sessions with product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations to maintain alignment and momentum.  Identify and communicate cross-team dependencies and conflicts, enabling smooth collaboration and timely decision-making.  Program Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed plans to guide program success.  Create and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and resource plans, adapting as needed to changing priorities.  Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.  Act as the single source of truth for program status, escalating issues and decisions when necessary.  Launch Readiness: Coordinate all aspects of go-to-market execution and post-launch support.  Lead cross-functional launch planning, ensuring readiness across marketing, sales, support, and operations.  Establish post-launch monitoring and feedback loops, enabling rapid iteration and issue resolution.
