Supply Planner II

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead daily execution activities with 3rd party service providers and resolve various customer fulfilment exceptions by working cross functionallyManaging the inventory and track the supply shipments to fulfill backlog shipmentsDefine requirement and lead testing and implementation of ERP-Systems/applications to meet Fulfillment business needs and drive automation initiativesCollaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems enhancementsUndertake ad-hoc queries and perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to resolve operational issues and drive operational excellenceServe as owner of Fulfillment KPIs by analyzing supplier performance indicators, leading regular KPI reviews and driving root cause and corrective actions with suppliers
