We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Modesto, CA. The position will also assist in the development of digital marketing, assisting our associates in marketing strategies, managing social media marketing, Ad management and more. This is a fast-paced entry-level position for the right candidate, with significant opportunity for growth.
Specific responsibilities include:
o Monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns;
o Submit ideas for new marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
o Building marketing flyers for company and associates
o Building custom email templates for email marketing
o Create content calendars and schedule content accordingly to post across social media channels
o Create custom content for company growth
o Running FB, IG, and Google Ads
Marketing Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
o Bachelor’s or AA Degree in Marketing or related field
o 2+ years’ experience working in marketing or communications
o Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
o Excellent problem-solving skills
o Strong communication and organizational skills
o Social Media Marketing: 2 years
o Content Marketing: 2 years
