Conlin Supply Company, Inc. is looking for a long-term employee who is looking for stable
full-time employment at our Modesto location.
Requirements:
ï Understanding of basic math and English required.
ï The ideal candidate will have at least three years of cashier/retail experience.
ï Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends.
ï The ideal candidate will have experience in 4-H/FFA or have an agricultural
background.
ï Must have the ability to assist customers in a friendly manner.
ï Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
ï Must be able lift bags of feed up to 75 pounds.
Duties include, but not limited to:
ï Answering phones, screening calls, and transferring calls.
ï Greeting customers and assisting customers with products.
ï Completing customer purchases with use of a computer.
ï Accurately count money and make change with customers.
ï Stocking shelves with products, merchandising product, and assisting the sales
team with orders.
Education requirements:
ï High school diploma or GED
What will set you apart:
ï Spanish speaking.
ï At least three years of agriculture/retail experience.
