HOA Maintenance Person Needed

Insurance Requirements Include the Following:
Minimum $1,000,000 General Liability Coverage
Workers Compensation Insurance
Auto Insurance
Errors and Omissions Insurance, if applicable.
You will need to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Association and management company as additional insured.
$85.00 per hour - 10 -15 hours per week - to begin in December 2025
1099 position
Paid monthly

Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently
Consistent, reliable attendance
Other Requirements:
Basic hand tools
Must be legally eligible to work in United States
Reliable transportation
