Scientist II

This is a salaried/exempt position with an annual estimated salary of $100,000.00 which will be based on a candidate’s work history and experience.Provides professional, technical, and specialty skills as needed to resolve complex problems pertaining to design, development, analysis, integration, evaluation, testing, and verification of systems, subsystems, and components. Initiates and maintains extensive contacts with officials of other organizations and companies, requiring skill in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues. Assignments may include working with chemistry and or molecular biology.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, within related discipline from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience; plus five years of applicable experience.Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
