Full Job DescriptionFull Job DescriptionVP of Sales (NA)Our client is looking for an energetic and experienced VP of Sales for our North American market. This person will focus on leading the drive to bring in new sales during the rebranding of our client for the NA market.Overview:We are looking for skilled and motivated salesperson who can help us expand our sales in the growing market of our client - so if this sounds like you, then we are the company for you!Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for achieving and exceeding targeted advertising sales revenues for the market and for controlling sales expenses.
  • Lead sales team by providing leadership, direction, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Sustain rigorous and transparent salesforce.com pipeline management and forecasting across the team, generate monthly/Quarterly/semi-annual reports.
  • Hire qualified sales representatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience in networking, security, or related SaaS, proven experience in building best-in-class sales teams
  • Minimum 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in security, networking, or related SaaS
  • Has delivered strong sales figures in a challenging environment and a proven record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Self driven, proven history of leadership success in the Network/cloud industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Agile working and can quickly adapt to change
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA / BS)
Abilities Required:
  • Microsoft Office
  • CRM system
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Supervises work of others, including planning assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work, ensuring quality standards. Id responsible for hiring, termination, training and developing, reviewing performance, and administering corrective action for staff. Plans organizational structure and job content.
  • Decisions have major implications on the business within a department, which may include important business strategy that affect the department.
