Glen Oaks Big Sur is in search of full time and part time Front Desk Agents who provide assistance, direction, and booking accommodations for guests by welcoming, and directing them appropriately. This position interacts with guests and potential guests in person, over the phone and through email.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) checking guests in and out, room reservations as well as concierge assistance with dinner reservations and providing area information.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Prior hospitality or office experience
Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
Ability to multi-task
Friendly, welcoming persona
Punctual and reliable
Flexibility with schedule
Professional attitude and excellent attention to customer service
Desirable skills:
Bi-lingual
Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on professional
Experience with using Microsoft Office Products
Knowledge of property management software
Knowledge of the Big Sur area
Ability to provide excellent customer service
