We are looking for a professional, experienced, reliable mature person that has previous background working in busy kitchen must be available weekends and holidays. Has initiative understand the every day needs of a small restaurant.
We are looking for experienced, professional line cook/ Prep. that understands fine dining that features local seafood.
Candidates should be able to prep dishes for their station, maintain quality standards throughout service for every dish.
