Carmelo Park Assisted Living is seeking a full time Cook to help run its food service program as well as cook and serve meals for 50 people. Must be personable, patient, and ready to work in a unique atmosphere with elderly clients and caregivers. Proficient cooking skills are required. Facility food service experience is desired. Individual will be responsible for all aspects related to kitchen/food management for our residents including meal planning, publishing menus, food preparation, food service, purchasing, special dietary considerations, cleaning, sanitizing etc. Safe Serve training and testing can be provided and is required. This position reports to the Resident Care Coordinator and Administrator.
Shifts available: Sunday - Wednesday
Must be able to complete a fingerprint/background check with a clean record
