We specialize in high-end residential design-build projects and commercial landscaping projects. We are a culture-driven and employee-focused company. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to oversee landscape projects from inception through completion, while also managing project estimates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities:Oversee landscape construction projects from planning to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.Perform accurate cost estimates for landscape construction projects, ensuring budgets align with project goals.Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes and information based on the plans and specifications provided.Manage and distribute change orders, requests for information, submittals and any other crucial project documents to the appropriate parties and in a timely manner.Maintain detailed documentation for all phases of the project, reporting on progress and financials to leadership.Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.Manage post-construction processes, addressing any close out documents, punch lists, and job walks.Track and analyze financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape project management and project cost estimating.Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices, materials, and equipment.Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as necessary.Working Conditions:Office-based with periodic travel to project sites.Full-time position, occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.SIGNING BONUS $1,500.00Benefits401k matchHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceReferral BonusesCompany Events Apply now in 2 minutes!
