Cleaning duties may include (but are not limited to):
Sweeping/Mopping,
Vacuuming,
Restroom Sanitation,
Kitchen Cleaning
Dusting,
Window Cleaning,
Hard Surface Cleaning,
Trash Removal
Must be able to lift 50 LB
Crew Leads Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Supervision of multiple locations nightly
- Strong Recruiting, Hiring, On-Boarding, Training
- Effective communication with Employees; Management staff (with Customers & Employers)
- Communicate & Enforce company policies, procedures, rules and regulations to employees
Inspect work completed by staff of multiple locations to ensure satisfaction and follow up on any deficiencies
- Minimum 1 Year of supervisor experience
Crew Leads MUST be Bi-lingual Fluent in English & Spanish
