Part Time Clerical Assistant

SUMMARY: This position will assist and work under the direction of the Office Manager. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a professional representation. This will be a part time position, 20 - 25 hours a week, with possibility of more hours during tax season.

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND REQUIREMENTS: This person must be comfortable with phones and general customer service. Will be responsible for scanning of client work papers and other documents. Will use a variety of office equipment including but not limited to computers, copiers, scanners and postage meter. They will need the ability to research, set priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines. Ability to multi-task is extremely important as this is a fast-paced work environment. Responsible for professional organization of all tax records, tax returns and other work product. Experience working within a computer database as well as familiarity with other soft wares. Word, Excel, etc.

Must be punctual, dependable and work well with others. We are a team oriented firm.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
