Intro: Looking for motivated individuals trying to enter the security field in a retail setting (El Super Supermarket). Security Guard Card required. Previous experience as a security guard preferred but not necessary. Position is temporary for holiday coverage but possible additional shifts at other locations afterwards.
Duties: You will be responsible for the surveillance of the retail store and the immediate surrounding area and the protection of staff, visitors, and merchandise. You also will be responsible for the detection of suspicious persons or activity and the prevention of vandalism, thefts and other criminal behavior. Also, if need is to arise, you will be asked to report and record observation/surveillance information for occurrences resulting from criminal activity.
Hours/Shift: 3:00pm-10:30pm; Potential shift 10:30pm to 6:30am.
Raises based off of experience and merit.
