We are looking for a talented User Interface / UX Designer who bridges the gap between these practices with a focus on mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional mobile user interfaces. Candidate should also be able to implement these designs as well as designs created by the design team.Job Requirements:• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role• Strong portfolio of design projects• Work experience 3-5 years• Need to be proficient in design software (Sketch, Adobe CC, Keynote and other relevant software)• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture• Team player and excellent communication skills.• Good time-management skillsResponsibilities• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows.• Design graphic user interface elements• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback• Create to style standards on fonts, colors and images• Work with junior members of team to achieve milestonesTop Skills Details:Work experience 3-5 years; familiarity with interaction design and information architectureNeed to be proficient in design software (Sketch, Adobe CC, Keynote and other relevant software)Need to have good communication skills- be able to present work to high level stakeholdersAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Hiring manager likes portfolios that shows process, why you made certain decisions, wire frames, etc. working on Mobile first App based work that can be cross platform, not responsive web pagesAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
