Description Our client, is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in developing innovative software solutions for the healthcare industry is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to accurately and efficiently input and maintain data within their systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in various systems and databases with high accuracy.
Verify and correct data discrepancies.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Retrieve and organize data for reports and analysis.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a data entry or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Experience in the tech industry is a plus but not required.
