Your Role

The Unified Collaboration team is responsible for the design, engineering, administration, and support of M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer) and collaboration technologies (e.g. Mural, Monday.com, Zoom) . The Collaboration Engineer, Consultant will report to the Sr. Manager, Unified Collaboration . You will design, implement, and support collaboration technologies to enhance employees' productivity and collaboration in this role .

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Operate as subject matter expert in Collaboration meeting applications and technology with a focus on MS Teams and Zoom.
  • SME in conferencing room hardware interoperability and integration with meeting platforms.
  • Carry out operational, strategic activities, and change management of all impact and risk levels
  • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps
  • Engage in Incident Response, Audit, and Disaster Recovery practices
  • Define, publish, and maintain Collaboration standards and operational documentation
  • Lead proof-of-concept and prototyping efforts in both an infrastructure design and engineering capacity including collecting, analyzing, and documenting results
  • Socialize and promote Unified Collaboration technology offerings
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding Collaboration technology planning, design, requirements, and development activities
  • Perform periodic and emergency system maintenance, minimizing business impact to the greatest extent possible, as well as troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or other related issues

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience with M365
  • Requires at least 3 years of MS Teams and/or Zoom administration, meetings, and webinars
  • Requires at least 5 years of telephony and meeting infrastructure
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of IT management and stakeholders
