Experienced Tax Manager/Sr Mgr to Partner

Must have a CPA license and have 7-10 years minimum experience in a CPA firm with evidence of continued advancement. Proficiency in technical tax areas, excellent analytical, problem-solving and organization skills are required. Must be a people person to effectively communicate with clients and staff, and develop new clients. Duties include reviewing medium to complex income tax returns, tax research, mentoring and training staff, and managing client responsibilities. Prefer someone who can move into a Partnership role in the next 2 to 3 years. This is a great opportunity to build equity ownership in the firm and be your own boss.
